[edit] Green Junction:

After obtaining the springboard on top of the clouds, backtrack to the start of the level. Continue left until you reach a hill with a tweeter and ivy on it. Next to the three vertical coins, springboard up to reach the Bonus Star.
[edit] Bullet Time:

Take the springboard as soon as it's available. Carry it until you reach a hill with an arrow made of coins pointing up into the air. On top of this platform, drop the springboard and bounce on it. This leads to a bonus room with a Coin Cloud and a Bonus Star.
[edit] Yellow Switch Palace:

Bring a springboard back to the coin room. To do this, you will either have to solve the first puzzle up to the forest room or use the p-switch from the coin room to get rid of the invisible coin blocks. Once you have a springboard in the coin room, place it on top of the pipe and bounce up to find the Bonus Star.
[edit] Grass Plains Castle:

After completing the castle the first time, reenter the level using left+right. Simply traverse the destroyed area and go up to the treasure room. The Bonus Star is by the blue coins on the right.
[edit] Sally's Reef:

Near the end of the level, enter the pipe that leads to a moving rope puzzle. Complete the puzzle to obtain a red coin and a yellow koopa shell. With the shell in hand, reenter the water area and backtrack to the area with the low ceilings that lead to question blocks. Throw the shell into the question block on the left to obtain a yellow p-switch (first screenshot). Carry the yellow p-switch to the jellyfish field and push it to turn all jellyfish into coins. Enter the pipe underneath the midway flag. In this room, swim up to find the Bonus Star for this level.
[edit] Flint Hearth:

This Bonus Star requires that the player have a springboard in their itembox from the world two mushroom house. In the first underground area, around where the first Power Thwomp is, go under the platform and use the springboard to reach the blue p-switch shown in the first screenshot. Carry the blue p-switch all the way to the second underground area and use it to climb the coins shown in the second screenshot. This leads to the Bonus Star and a pipe that takes the player to the boss.
[edit] Preponderant Puddle:

Make sure you have a springboard before entering the second water zone. You can use the springboard from the world two mushroom hut or the one near the midway point and carry it under the pipe. In the second water zone, go left from the break blocks and use the springboard to jump over the wall. Ignore the door and head all the way to the left to find the Bonus Star.
[edit] Blue Switch Palace:

After obtaining the blue p-switch, carry it through the pipe that raises the water level to the second depth as shown in the screenshot. Head to the left and use the switch to gain access to the Bonus Star.
[edit] Water World Castle:

This Bonus Star requires that the player have a springboard in their itembox from the world two mushroom house. After completing the castle the first time, reenter the level using left+right. Simply traverse the destroyed area and go up to the treasure room. Reaching the Bonus Star will require bouncing to the upper level using the springboard.
[edit] Sky Tower:

This Bonus Star requires that the player switched both the yellow and blue switch palaces. In the first vertical area, make sure to grab a koopa shell and carry it into the pipe that leads to the second inside area. Use the shell to obtain the yellow p-switch as shown in the first screenshot. Carry the yellow p-switch to the end of the area and go up through the yellow p-switch blocks. To reach the top area, the player will have to either use a springboard from the world two mushroom house or spinjump off of the tap-tap roaming in this area. If both switch palaces have been completed, the steps leading to the top will be filled in, and the Bonus Star can be collected.
