First, go to floor 3. Enter the left-most door and break the wall to the right. There's a message box there which will give some more or less important hints. If you don't have a fire flower, go to floor 8. You can use the doors or the pipes for that. If you reach floor 8, go to the left and enter the first door you'll see. In the next room, you'll see some kind of hole in the ground. Press down to enter it and get the fire flower. After that, go back to floor 8. Now, use the doors to reach floor 10 and enter the door to the right. Hit the switch there. The next step would be to enter floor 5, but maybe you've noticed that neither the door-lifts nor the pipes leads to floor 5. So, what to do? Go to floor 9 instead. In floor 9, enter the left-most door and go to the window. Enter the window and you are outside. From here, you can enter all levels from the windows. So you have to go to the window which leads to level 5. After you reach the fifth floor finally, you will notice that it's very dark here, and you hardly see the floor-sign above the door-lift which tells you that you are indeed in floor 5. So, remember what the message box told you? "The five is the key to everything" - hit the sign like a question block and a p-switch will come out. The message box told you also that someone build this Hotel over a well and that someone is trapped there. So, now you have to go down to floor 0. This time it's important to only use the pipes, because you have to take the p-switch with you and you would loose the p-switch by entering a door. If you are back in floor 0, go to the right and break the wall with fireballs. Go to the next pipe, and you'll enter once again a very dark room. Go to the right and break another wall with you fireballs. After that you'll finally reach the well, but it's blocked. Hit the p-switch now, and the blocks will transform to coins. You can enter the well now by pressing down. And after that... you'll see.
