In the beginning of the stage, go right until you see a dragon head statue. Jump on it and go right through the wall to the pipe. In the next room, you'll find Yoshi. Now fall down and go right. Once again, there are some blocks in your way, but you can break them by touching. After that, climb up and enter the horizontal green pipe. Now you are outside again. Go to the right until you see the moving platform on chains. Don't worry about the blocks on the right, you can break them. Use the moving platform to reach the higher ground (one time more it's blocked by a wall, but one time more you can break it.) You'll come to a blue pipe. Enter it. You should be in a small room with a "?-Block", which contains a P-switch. Hit it and run left to the newly available blue pipe. Go through all the ghost rooms until you're outside again. Go through the room until you see 3 small pillars made of 1 or 2 blocks. Fall between 1st and 2nd pillar and you'll find a secret room with a switch. You can't reach the switch, but you can kick a koopa shell at it to activate the switch. In the next room, enter the green pipe. After that, go down and left to the green pipe. Now you are inside again. Swim to the left side. Break some of the blocks to reach the green pipe to the very left of the level. Back outside you have to go to the right to the exit.
